The last few days have involved a broken pipe necessitating some midnight DIY and a plumber’s visit, a trip to the vet for the Wonder Dog, a malfunctioning CPAP machine, and assorted other minor crises, all at the same time as one of the worst flare-ups of arthritis and depression I’ve had in a long time.

I’ll be back tomorrow, with a Prometheans post about Nineteen Eighty-Four, assuming I get another full night’s sleep to go with the two I’ve had in the last week…
