I just measured my blood pressure at dangerously high levels. I’m getting off social media for at least a week, because the stress of news stuff recently is causing much of the problem.

Andrew, yes, take a break – don’t let all this crap stress you out too much. I’ve stopped watching/listening to the news here in Maryland, it’s Trump all the time, I’ll go back to the news later in the week. Sure he’s frightening, but I’m willing to wait and see (not much choice but to do that anyway).
