Linkblogging For 16/07/13

I’ve not been able to write a single piece of usable prose in about two weeks thanks to this godawful heat — I’ve barely been able to keep awake.

I have lots of things *planned* — I need to review More Tales Of The City, for example, and would like to review The Thinking Person’s Guide To Liberalism too — but for now, you’ll just have to cope with links.

Some notes on self-publishing from Phil Sandifer

Engineers and the managers they make

The rejected last chapter of the last Doctor Who New Adventure, The Dying Days

Everyone’s probably already seen it, but Scarfolk Council is hilarious and creepy

I don’t have Shabogan Graffiti in my sidebar. I should.

And a very brave piece by Alex Wilcock about Shirley Williams, bullying, and homophobia.
I’m very glad that I never shared the near-universal adoration for Williams among Lib Dems.

Been meaning to link you for ages, and meant to include you in the sidebar last time I tidied it up, same time as I added Vaka Rangi.
