I agree on Saturdays Father. I just wrote the lyrics for a site from what I remembered from 40 years ago (I was 17) as they stuck with me. The accompanying music is what makes the song so heavy. I love that song.

Also on LastFM is the original, Jake Holmes Charles Manson-esque solo version of Genuine Imitation Life http://www.last.fm/music/Jake+Holmes/_/Genuine+imitation+life I’m pretty sure the original writing credit is for Jake alone (on the Seasons album it’s credited as a Gaudio/Holmes number), anyway, this might explain why it doesn’t quite line up with the other tracks on Gazette.
